Not quite right? Returns are free within 30 days of delivery for EU customers.
How to return
Start your return from your account or contact our client care team with your order reference. We will email a prepaid label within one working day.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, grip socks and scrunchies cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Request an exchange and we will reserve your new size as soon as your return is scanned.
